Pat Cilliers, a mobile and strong tighthead prop, made his Test debut against Argentina in The Castle Rugby Championship in 2012. He played his first senior provincial match for the Sharks in 2007, but at the end of 2010 he transferred to Johannesburg, where he has been a pillar of strength for the Golden Lions in the last two seasons. Pat played for the Emerging Springboks in their exhilarating draw against the British & Irish Lions at Newlands in 2009.
