| ANDREW DALL (Heriot's FP and Edinburgh Rugby). Flanker/No8. Born 22.7.77 in Edinburgh. 6ft 4ins, 16st 4lbs. Andrew Keith Dall was called into the 2002 Scotland touring party of North America to replace the injured Martin Leslie after the tour's first game. He went on to play in two midweek victories as a blindside flanker. Previously he made his Scotland A debut on the same night as his older brother, Graham, as a second-half substitute in the November 2000, 37-24 win against Samoa. That appearance followed his selection for the Scotland Development XV who beat the United States 49-17 in Aberdeen. He also played for the Scotland Development XV that beat Tonga 40-20 in November 2001 and in the Scotland A matches that followed against Argentina, New Zealand, England, Italy, France and Wales. This season, he came on as a replacement against both France and Italy at A level. Dall, who was attached to the Scottish Institute of Sport, was a member of the Scotland squad that finished third in the Student Rugby World Cup in August 2000. He was a mainstay of Scotland under-19's FIRA Junior World Cup showing in 1996, sharing in victory against South Africa and was also a pivotal figure in Heriot's FP's back-to-back club championship success in 1998-99 and 1999-2000.
