Schalk Brits is one of the most exciting hookers in world rugby. Apart from doing the basics very well, he is exceptionally quick and explosive and has a superb skill set. He signed for Saracens in England at the start of the 2009/10 season and took with him heaps of experience at Vodacom Super Rugby and Absa Currie Cup level, where he played for the Golden Lions, the Cats, Western Province and the Stormers. Brits made his Springbok debut in 2008 and played in three Tests in that season.
