A standout performer with the SWD Eagles in the Bankfin and Vodacom Cups since 1998, he moved to the Falcons last year. A member of Free State’s squad in the 1997 Super 12, he played for the Stormers in 1999. Educated at Central High School in Bloemfontein and the University of Free State.
