Jeffrey is destined to make history in the world of rugby. He is without doubt the most exciting young prospect in the South African game. His speed, skill and tenacity are extraordinary and the crowd gasp every time he touches the ball. On tour with SA Barbarians Sevens in France and SA Sevens in Dubai , he was the youngest player in both tournaments. At 19, Jeffrey had represented his country on six tours, including SA U/19 to Romania in 1995 and SA U/19 to Italy in 1996.
