Kings, Lions name sides for first play-off clash

MTN Lions head coach Johan Ackermann has included all three of the players that recently returned from their loan stints at other Super Rugby franchises and Elton Jantjies, Franco van der Merwe and Martin Bezuidenhout will start in their promotion/relegation clash with the Southern Kings.

The first of the two matches - to be played on a home and away basis - will be played on Friday evening in Port Elizabeth with a local kick off of 19h10.

On the injury front, the Lions welcome back Hendrik Roodt, who has recovered from German measles.

Michael Bondesio has also recovered from his calf, while Warren Whiteley also returns.
