The Springbok Sevens rugby team attended a coaching clinic and community initiative on Saturday morning at the Gansbaai Community Sport Centre as part of the Barclays/Absa Spaces for Sport initiative.
Absa, the national team sponsor, made a donation of R30 000 to the project while Bokkie the mascot presented the participating children with T-shirts.
Kyle Brown, Branco du Preez, Cecil Afrika and Chris Dry were some of the Blitzbokke who brought a smile to the faces of the Gansbaai youngsters.
